Shipments within Greece

All shipments to destinations within Greece are sent for FREE.

The products you ordered are sent to the address you have specified for us, through the courier companies “Speedex”. Alternatively, when completing the order, you can choose to pick up your parcel in person from any of the companies’ stores in Greece, after a telephone notification.

Shipments to Cyprus

Shipments to Cyprus are sent FREE of charge if the amount of the order is over 150 euros. In case the order is less than 150 euros, the shipping cost is borne by the customer which is 10 euros up to 2 kg, the value of the shipping for packages over 2 kg increases accordingly the weight. Packages are shipped with Speedex, within 7-14 business days. Payment can not be made by cash on delivery but by bank deposit, paypal, e-banking or credit card. Returns are borne by the customer, who at his own expense and responsibility returns the product with any company he chooses.

Shipments abroad

The charge in these cases varies depending on the country of destination, the chosen shipping method and the total weight (or volumetric weight) of the products of each order.

In the event that any other charges (such as customs duties) arise on arrival of the parcel in the country of destination, these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Returns are borne by the customer, who at his own expense and responsibility returns the product with any company he chooses.
